After many issues with previous garages I was looking for a trustworthy garage and I was so glad to have found Darbon Motors. I have never had such a positive experience than I have with Darbon Motors. It is a family run business who has great care for their customers. I had to have some expensive work done on my car and Lee was always so professional and kept me up to date every step of the way and gave me very reasonable options to fix the issue. During the fix another issue cropped up and Lee was able to provide an update that I could understand without any jargon. I felt like Lee listened to what I needed doing and went above and beyond with his customer care. I never felt pressured into buying any new fixes unlike at other garages and this was refreshing. I came away from picking up my car feeling like a valued customer. I fully recommend Darbon Motors and I will definitely be returning for all future work I need to have done.

Could not fault at all. My husband booked in my car yesterday as had some engine rattle and we were able to drop it off that night to be looked at today. Very quickly found the issue and quoted the very reasonable price. Would definatly use again. Very happy with the service provided.

This garage was refreshingly communicative, making the effort to get in touch to update me regularly, and were completely professional and friendly over the phone. They gave me a courtesy car to minimise disruption to my day, and had my car fixed and back to me in a timely fashion. I will definitely be returning to them for any future work.
